Shopping + Returns

Return Policy - 

If for any reason you are not happy with any purchase you made in our brick + mortar store, we will be happy to accept your return for store credit within 14 days of receipt of purchase.  Indigo Highway doesn't accept returns on Apothecary, which includes skincare, perfume, body care, etc. food Items, sale items, earrings or Fine Jewelry. We do not accept returns on broken jewelry.  The jewelry leaves our shop in perfect condition, always checked for any defects.

Items must be in original condition with all tags intact. The buyer will be responsible for shipping cost back to Indigo Highway unless the item was damaged by the shipping carrier. If this is the case, please send photos of damaged goods and we will send a shipping label for return.

For online orders - Please email IndigoHighway@icloud.com as soon as you receive your order to be issued an RA - eligibility for return. All candle purchases are final sale. All other items can be shipped back if you change your mind for store credit.  Buyer will be responsible for shipping product back to our physical address.
