Shopping + Returns

Thank you for choosing to shop at our little General Store, nestled in the high-desert mountains of Park City, Utah.

For Apparel items, we put general sizing as we sell apparel so quickly, sometimes we aren’t able to keep up with updating the site. Thank you for your understanding.  Again, please give us a call and we will help you best we can. 

Return Policy - 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return for store credit within 7 days of receipt of goods. Indigo Highway doesn't accept returns on Apothecary, which includes skincare, perfume, body care, etc. food Items, sale items, earrings or Fine Jewelry. We do not accept returns on broken jewelry.  The jewelry leaves our shop in perfect condition, always checked for any defects.

Items must be in original condition with all tags intact. The buyer will be responsible for shipping cost back to Indigo Highway unless the item was damaged by the shipping carrier. If this is the case, please send photos of damaged goods and we will send a shipping label for return.

Please email IndigoHighway@icloud.com as soon as you receive your order to be issued an RA - eligibility for return. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt.

Indigo Highway is a small, family operated business and will only be able to ship goods under these conditions. We hope you understand and we also hope if you’re in the Park City, Utah area, you stop by and say hello! : )
